Eira Systems AB ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page describes what we collect on eirasystems.com and why. We do not sell personal data and do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Contact form submissions: name, organization, email, optional phone number, inquiry type, and message content. A language preference cookie (eira.locale) and a single consent flag (eira.cookie-consent) stored locally in your browser. Aggregate, anonymous traffic metrics via Plausible Analytics — no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal identifiers.
Contact data is used only to respond to your inquiry and to manage commercial, technical, or partnership discussions. Aggregate analytics help us understand which pages are useful and where the site needs improvement.
Processing of contact data relies on Article 6(1)(b) (steps prior to entering a contract) and 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in operating the business) of the GDPR. Analytics processing is anonymous and does not constitute personal data processing under the GDPR.
Contact submissions are retained for as long as a business relationship is reasonably possible, and then deleted. You may request deletion at any time.
